  • What is an Smart Home/Apartment?

  • Does a setup of your Smart Apartment Package damage the apartment? Will there be a cost to me when I move out?
    No, we take into consideration that our clients want something that can be portable without damaging walls or electrical sockets. Then when you get into a new apartment you can test the air quality, get security set, and be ready to have some fun for your move in party!
  • What about future updates/upgrades?
    There are 2 updates/upgrades that I will mention to answer this. Software Updates - These will be setup or and/or can be set to automatically download software updates. Hardware Upgrades - Your Smart Apartment takes pride in providing the most up to date hardware. We provide a well rounded platform. This will give you the ability to continue to add devices specific for your needs.
  • Now your are setup how do I use it?
    Voice command, apps and automation make this an easy to use system. Voice Command - This will be the easiest to use and your can always just ask to learn new commands or new tips and tricks and it will teach you in real time. App Control - You will have more advanced control in the app for things like creating automation, rules, and detailed setting editing. Some people may not use this often others this will be the main management interface. Automation - Think of this term when thinking about automation IFTTT (If THIS happens than THAT will respond by doing THIS). IF the door opens THAN the security camera will recognize and play person's intro song. IF the door opens THEN the security camera will recognize face and IF it doesn't recognize face THEN play warning message/alarm.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
